Hughes and Hughes Chem Ltd. (HHCL), is a public limited company which was set up in 1991 with Technical and Financial Collaboration of Hughes & Hughes Ltd. of United Kingdom; a British company established in 1924 which is engaged in the production of several Products.
The Company has its State-of-the-Art factory at Gurgaon and Jammu and markets its products through a two tiered model which involves a direct sales network and franchise based business associates.

The Company Currently has 4 Divisions – Bird Control, Pest Control, Bio-Toilets & Infrastructure Development and employees over 1500 people
The company is currently executing over 50 Projects all over India totaling Rs 200 Crores. This model allows the firm to cover the length and breadth of the country; from Kashmir in the north to Andaman and Nicobar islands in the south and Gujarat in the west to Assam in the east.

MILESTONE

HUGHES & HUGHES LTD. (HHL)

The Company was established in 1924, by Hughes Family and was a provider of mass Chemicals. In the year 1958, the organization began Research and Development in the field of catalysts and were first to deliver termoozyme 653 AM for blood glucose assurance in healing facility labs.
HHL an examination arranged association has presented numerous new items for clinical research facilities and different environmental well disposed items amid its R&D work of over four decades.

In 1986 they delivered the main feathered creature obstacle Gel - PESTGO which has more than 90% offer of the European market.

SCOPE OF COLLABORATION

HHL provides all details of Technical know-how such as process technical information, Data, Design and Engineering, Process layout list and specification of Plant and Equipment, specification of raw material and components, utility specification and other requirements etc. to Hughes & Hughes Chem Ltd. New Delhi

HHL had performed detailed design, engineering erection, commissioning, operation and maintenance of the plant. HHL had trained personnel of Hughes & Hughes Chem Ltd. at their own plant. During the training they impart any know how and experience associated with the production of the products, inspection and quality control

HHL has made available the services of HHL technicians and engineers and other technical and qualified personnel to advise, guide and assist M/s Hughes & Hughes Chem Ltd. in the use of HHL technical know-how from time to time
